Buyers pay securely via wallet, EFT, or card. Funds are held in escrow until the buyer confirms delivery of the item, then released to the seller's Vakoop wallet. Sellers can withdraw to their South African bank account at any time.

What delivery options are available on Vakoop?

Vakoop offers six integrated delivery partners: The Courier Guy for door-to-door, PUDO lockers, Pargo pickup points, PAXI, PostNet-to-PostNet, and Aramex. Buyers and sellers can also arrange free local collection.

Can I return items bought on Vakoop?

Yes, buyers can request a return within 7 days of delivery if the item does not match the listing description. Vakoop holds funds in escrow during this window to ensure buyer protection on every purchase.

Yes. Vakoop offers professional authentication for luxury sneakers, handbags, and streetwear. Authenticated items receive a verified badge so buyers can shop with confidence.

How does buyer protection work?
